By using our Project Cargo Logistics Limited services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Service Agreement

Engaging our services constitutes a binding agreement. This includes our standard operating procedures, terms of payment, and delivery schedules. All services are provided in accordance with the Incoterms specified in your service agreement.

Incoterms

The following Incoterms define the responsibilities and risks associated with our services. They apply to different logistics scenarios based on your specific requirements:

• EXW (Ex Works): We make the cargo available at our premises or another named place. The buyer assumes all costs and risks from that point onward.

• FCA (Free Carrier): We deliver the cargo to a carrier or another party nominated by you at a named place. Risk transfers to you upon handover.

• CPT (Carriage Paid To): We cover the cost of transportation to a named destination. Risk transfers to you once the cargo is handed over to the carrier.

• CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To): We cover transportation and insurance to a named destination. Risk transfers to you upon handover to the carrier.

• DAP (Delivered at Place): We deliver the cargo to a named place of destination, covering all costs and risks up to that point. You are responsible for unloading and import duties.

• DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded): We deliver and unload the cargo at a named place. We cover all costs and risks up to that point. You are responsible for any further handling.

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle delivery, including import duties and taxes, to a named destination. You are responsible for unloading the cargo.

• FAS (Free Alongside Ship): We deliver the cargo alongside the ship at the port of shipment. You assume risk and cost from this point onward.

• FOB (Free on Board): We deliver the cargo on board the ship at the port of shipment. Risk transfers to you once the cargo is on board.

• CFR (Cost and Freight): We cover the cost of transport to the port of destination. Risk transfers to you once the cargo is on board the ship.

• CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We cover transport and insurance to the port of destination. Risk transfers to you once the cargo is on board the ship.

Pricing and Payment

• Quotations: Prices are based on the scope of services, weight, volume, and destination of the cargo. Quotations are valid for [period in the contract].

• Payment Terms: Payment terms are specified in the service agreement. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and electronic payments.

• Additional Costs: Any unforeseen expenses or additional charges will be communicated promptly and are the responsibility of the client.

 Responsibilities of the Client

• Information Accuracy: Provide accurate information regarding the cargo, including weight, dimensions, and nature.

• Documentation: Supply all necessary documentation for customs clearance and transport.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Delivery and Risk

• Delivery Times: We strive to meet delivery schedules. Unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.

• Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage transfers according to the Incoterm specified in the service agreement.

Liability and Insurance

• Liability: Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the terms of the service agreement and applicable laws. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

• Insurance: Insurance coverage options are available upon request. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate insurance for your cargo.
